Qirun Packaging is the international brand of Cangzhou Xinteng Packaging Co., Ltd., based in Dongguang County, Cangzhou, Hebei — an area known for plastics and flexible packaging, with good access to Beijing, Tianjin and major transport routes. That location gives us a deep local material and equipment ecosystem, and a practical understanding of high-volume production.
Our production covers co-extrusion, printing, lamination, slitting and pouch making. We operate a GMP cleanroom workshop, a nine-layer co-extrusion line and an inspection lab. The combination lets us control the variables that matter most: barrier, print quality, seal integrity and consistency.
We work with food, pet and household brands in China and abroad. Some come to us with a finished structure; others come with a product and a shelf-life target. Both are welcome. The earlier we are involved, the more useful we can be.

Clear specifications, honest lead times and direct communication. If a structure is not right for the product, we say so.

A good sample is not enough. Production has to repeat the same seal, print and performance batch after batch.

Our lab and production team check raw materials, film, print and finished pouches. We review seal strength, dimensions, appearance and barrier performance against the agreed specification, and keep batch records for traceability.
